AWS Eventbridge - OpenSnowcat

The AWS EventBridge module is an OpenSnowcat exclusive enricher module that allows the enricher to push flattened JSON events directly into AWS EventBridge, a serverless event router, along with the original TSV payload base64 for compatibility.
